Business Support Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing organisation in the Newcastle area as a permanent Administrator.
The successful candidate will work as part of a busy team, supporting various departments within the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Updating databases and performing data entry tasks
- Directing customer queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing orders and completing paperwork efficiently
- Dealing with customer inquiries via phone and email
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high attention to detail
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team

- A competitive salary of approximately £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
- 30 days of annual leave, including bank holidays
