Job Title: Teaching and Learning Assistant

Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the teaching staff in planning and delivering high-quality educational experiences for our young learners. This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in preparing engaging lessons, activities, and materials.
  • Support students during instructional activities, providing individualized assistance when needed.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments and evaluations to inform instruction.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an educational setting, preferably with young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic knowledge of child development and early years curriculum.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
