As an Autism Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other special educational needs. You will work closely with experienced teachers and the SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies tailored to each student's unique needs. Your adaptability and patience will be essential in making learning materials accessible to students and providing clear explanations to ensure their understanding and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting Students: Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide individualized support to students with autism, encouraging their participation and confidence in classroom activities.
