We are looking for a dedicated Learning Assistant to support our teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to students in Bolton. The successful candidate will have a passion for enhancing student learning and development, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support class teachers in delivering high-quality education, working with small groups and individual students to meet their unique learning needs.
  • Assist in planning and implementing learning activities, helping to create an inclusive, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Lead small group sessions and interventions to boost student progress and confidence.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), proven experience in a TA role, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the holistic development of students with special educational needs or learning challenges.
