Job Summary:
Arista Networks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating client relationships and driving sales growth in the Public Sector and Healthcare markets in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and expand Arista's presence in the Public Sector and Healthcare markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services and Executive teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and extend the Arista brand within targeted public sector organizations and healthcare bodies and providers.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on enterprise account management.
- Deep understanding of the Public Sector and Healthcare markets, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
