Senior Enterprise Account Director

CleverTap is the leading all-in-one customer engagement platform that helps brands like Domino's, Levis, Jio, and more, build personalized experiences for their customers. As a Senior Enterprise Account Director, you will be responsible for winning Net-New gaming clients and expanding existing gaming accounts in the EU region.
Key Responsibilities:- Win key strategic gaming accounts and build strategic account plans with an emphasis on mapping out the prospect/accounts org, identifying key decision-makers and potential champions.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor and gaming expert within your accounts, plan and manage QBRs in close collaboration with Customer Success with the aim of driving client satisfaction and expanding ARR.
- Stay up to date on key Gaming industry trends, changes, and news, and serve as the primary manager of your regional prospect and account list, coordinating with our global gaming practice to marshal the right resources to win large gaming publishers.
- A minimum of 3 years in an enterprise SaaS sales or business development role.
- Versed in MEDDPIC and other deal qualification frameworks and/or enterprise sales methodologies.
- Experience negotiating and closing large enterprise deals with complex sales cycles and diverse sets of business and technical stakeholders.
