Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner to join our team at North Cotswold Primary Care Network. This role involves working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience. Our network serves approximately 31,000 patients in the beautiful rural setting of North Cotswolds.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the achievement and maintenance of CQC registration status.
- Provide leadership and training to PCN practice dispensers and pharmacy technicians.
- Adhere to quality governance systems and processes across the five PCN practices.
- Develop relationships with pharmacists across networks and the wider health system.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Mandatory Professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and/or Faculty membership.
- Quality improvement approach to problem-solving.
