You will have the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute towards the provision of an accurate and timely service for patients. Your duties will include delivering annual reviews, physical health observations, and discussing patients' experiences of their medication using a proforma.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior clinical specialists to ensure ongoing development of the role and accurate recording of physical observations, side effects, and concerns.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting those with learning disabilities or complex mental health needs and/or autism. You will be able to work independently, have good communication skills, and be fully competent at taking baseline physical health checks.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth within Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust.
