We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Highly Specialist Practitioner–Clinical/Forensic Psychologist to join our CAMHS Harmful Sexual Behaviour Team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist clinical mental health services to the CAMHS HSB team, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and consulting with partner agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist clinical mental health services to the CAMHS HSB team
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with harmful sexual behaviour
  • Consult with partner agencies to share knowledge and best practice
  • Contribute to service development initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
Requirements
  • Postgraduate Doctoral level training in Applied Psychology
  • Registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Evidence of postgraduate learning within a relevant CYPS/CAMHS field or skill
  • Membership of specialist interest groups relevant to the client group
Salary Information

The salary for this role is £53,755 to £60,504 per year, depending on experience.
