Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join their team of specialists working with children and adolescents who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour. The successful candidate will work closely with the Gloucestershire CAMHS Harmful Sexual Behaviour Team, providing specialist assessment, treatment, and consultation services to individuals, families, and partner agencies.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
  • To conduct thorough assessments, including AIM (under 12 & over 12) and other specialist tools, to inform treatment plans and interventions.
  • To develop and deliver effective treatment programs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies.
Requirements
  • A doctoral level qualification in Clinical Psychology or related field, as accredited by the British Psychological Society.
  • Registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Proven experience working with children and adolescents who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour, preferably in a CAMHS setting.
