Job Overview:

As a seasoned Account Director at AirSearch, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the enterprise market. With a focus on data center solutions, you will lead the charge in securing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new logos and expand existing relationships.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted account plans.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Operations: Manage sales processes and methodologies, including forecasting and pipeline management.


**Requirements:**
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the data center or enterprise technology space.
  • Proven track record of success in sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


**What We Offer:**
  • A competitive salary range of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum.
