Job Overview

The Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health and psychological needs.

Main Duties
  • Deliver effective and competent care under the guidance and supervision of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and as determined by the patient's care plan.
  • Monitor, report, and maintain a healthy, safe, and secure workplace by adhering to Trust policies and local service protocols.
  • Be fully aware of the needs of patients over a 24-hour span of care.
  • Professionally accountable to the Executive Director of Nursing.
  • Operationally accountable to the Matron/Clinical Service Manager.
