Job Overview

The Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary care team at The Grove, a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation unit in Ramsgate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the guidance of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Monitor and report on patient needs, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times.
  • Adhere to Trust policies and local service protocols, including Health and Safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
