As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health and psychological needs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver effective and competent care under the guidance and supervision of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and as determined by the patient's care plan.
- Monitor, report, and maintain a healthy, safe, and secure workplace by adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.
- Be fully aware of the needs of patients over a 24-hour span of care.
- Professionally accountable to the Executive Director of Nursing and operationally accountable to the Matron/Clinical Service Manager.
