About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Choice Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our female clients, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to our female clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage clients to participate in community activities, such as walking, swimming, or social events.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
