About the Role:

As a Therapeutic Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions at Rosebank House.

Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will contribute to the delivery of structured activities and assist in the planning of individual and group therapeutic interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
  • Assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and entering details in the service user healthcare records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
  • Experience in a similar environment and mental health.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
