About Our Service
Mencap provides 24-hour support for adults with learning disabilities at our residential home in St Neots.
We offer a range of activities, including shopping, bowling, and social events, to promote independence and community inclusion.
Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support, working closely with each individual to understand their needs and goals.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Support Worker to join our team, who is passionate about supporting others and has excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and a positive attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily activities, including personal care and budget management
- Build meaningful relationships with individuals and promote community inclusion
- Support individuals to access and participate in their local community and social events
