About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at St Neots Neurological Service. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care, therapeutic, and rehabilitation pathways for individuals affected by neurological or mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with complex care needs, including those with challenging behavior
- Work collaboratively with a highly experienced team to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Participate in mandatory training to ensure you are fully equipped to perform your role
