Job Title: Adoption Caseworker

We are seeking a skilled Adoption Caseworker to join our team. As an Adoption Caseworker, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in social work, mental health, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users to develop and implement effective care plans.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered for this role, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities:
  • Support vulnerable individuals with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Post-qualification experience in social work, mental health, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and service users.
