We are seeking a Support Worker to join our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Weymouth, providing care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and acquired brain injuries.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service, including:

  • Promoting service users' independence and helping them live a fulfilling life.
  • Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintaining and helping with healthcare needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administering medication.
  • Teaching life skills, such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
  • Assisting with personal care, depending on service user needs.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, including cleaning and cooking.

Experience within the care sector is not required, as we offer full training, coaching, and development opportunities.
