Job Title: Administrator

Residential Management Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Solicitors Enquiries Department (SED). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal pre/post-sale queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and solicitors by reviewing and responding to consent requests and related documents.
  • Produce and provide pre-sale and post-sale documentation in line with lease and service requirements.
  • Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Review and ensure all documents received are in line with the lease and RMG's requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous administration support experience and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide a consistent high level of customer service.
  • Ability to confidently use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • GSCE Maths & English (or equivalent).
