Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in retail stores, driving sales growth and expanding our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers through various lead generation tactics
  • Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vaping products
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches to close deals
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage time and territory plans effectively to maximize productivity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM systems

Requirements

  • A full driving license
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales positions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and target-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
