About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team at Britvic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in your defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to maximize sales opportunities in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, establishing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Partner with our customers to understand their needs, local consumers, and execute solutions to drive sales growth
  • Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach to grow sales and market share
  • Deliver on key selling metrics and support and inspire colleagues to achieve execution excellence and customer management
  • Adopt a full category-based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet you work with for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Britvic
  • Use data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Convenience, Business Development, or FMCG is preferable
  • Field-based role requires a manual driving license
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially astute with great negotiation techniques
  • Good administration, organisational, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated and IT and Social Media literate
  • Strong and resilient with the personal energy and will to act at pace
  • Participating as part of a team in a proactive manner
