Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as Customer Experience Executive based in Jewellery Quarter Our client is one of the fastest growing energy companies who puts sustainability at the heart of everything they do.

Job description:

- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
- Escalating enquires to relevant team members.
- Using different software such as Microsoft packages, Zen-desk and Slack.
- Building rapport with customers.

We are looking for
- A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service roles
- Motivated
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Technically literate
- Confident with using different communication channels.
