As a Senior Clinical Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the delivery of occupational health services to clients across the UK. Working closely with clients and employees on-site, you will develop and deliver effective case management strategies to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Remote and face-to-face case management
  • Providing expert assessments and solutions to match client needs
  • Fitness medicals and health surveillance
  • Delivering holistic care to employees
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on-site

A competitive annual salary of £50,000-£65,000 dependent on experience, 25 days annual leave, and additional benefits including a contributory pension scheme and life assurance are offered. A strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a valid NMC registration are essential for this role.
