As a Support Worker with NeuroSupport, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized support and rehabilitation services.

**Job Overview**

This role involves supporting a 17-year-old male client who suffered a hypoglycaemic injury as a neonate. He requires assistance with daily living tasks, including dressing, self-feeding, toileting, sleep, hair brushing, mobility, meal preparation, planning and organizing, cognition, speech and communication, sensory processing, cognitive attention, fatigue, mood, and self-esteem.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to our client in his home, assisting him with daily living tasks, and helping him to access community resources.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with individuals with acquired brain injury, a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-£14 per hour, depending on experience, full enhanced DBS checks, liability insurance, yearly mandatory training, food/drinks shift allowance, partial mileage and travel time covered, and flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
