Document Control Specialist

Wood is currently seeking a highly skilled Document Controller to support our operations in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Document Control support to modifications and assisting in the development of document control systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level Document Control support to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective document management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document control processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely document delivery to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control or a related field.
  • Proven track record of providing expert-level Document Control support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Documentum or other document management systems.
  • Knowledge of engineering and operations principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
