Lead Document Controller Opportunity

Wood is currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Document Controller to support our client in Aberdeen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full Document Control support to modifications and assisting in the development of document control systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level Document Control support to modifications and projects
  • Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective document management
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control
  • Proven track record of success in Document Control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Documentum
  • Engineering and/or operations background
  • Knowledge of main MS Applications
