Lead Document Controller Opportunity

Wood is currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Document Controller to support a long-term project in Aberdeen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full Document Control support to modifications and assisting in the development of document control systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level Document Control support to modifications and projects
  • Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective document management
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Document Control, preferably in an engineering or operations background
  • Strong understanding of concurrent engineering processes and their relation to engineering deliverables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
