Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Taziker Industrial Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in supporting our site and project surveyors in the development and implementation of commercial strategies, functions, and contract reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Procurement
    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify and secure the best value subcontractors for our projects.
    • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet project requirements.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely interim and final accounts to clients.
    • Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments through our financial systems.
  • Commercial Administration
    • Provide daily supervision and guidance to our Commercial Administrator to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with commercial standards and procedures.
  • Contract Management
    • Agree final accounts with clients and ensure contractual entitlement is realized.
    • Implement commercial processes to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit monthly cost and value reconciliations and management reports.
    • Work closely with our project teams to identify and address commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Ad Hoc Duties
    • Perform other commercial duties as required by the role.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in commercial operations and contract management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
