Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Lead to join our team at Arguile Search. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting a new large contract with a major public sector customer.

About the Role:

As a Senior Commercial Lead, you will work closely with our Commercial Director to oversee the management and support of the contract. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing IT Services: You will be responsible for managing IT services, service reform, transition, and transformation programs, as well as continuous service improvement.
  • Supporting Governance Arrangements: You will support the development and smooth running of governance arrangements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Risk Management: You will moderate risks regarding service penalties, ensuring that our client's interests are protected.
  • Contract Obligations: You will track obligations and handle any disputes that may arise, ensuring that our client's rights are upheld.
  • Business Development: You will identify opportunities for new services and margin improvement, driving business growth and revenue.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in financial and commercial management of large customer-facing contracts. You should have a strong background in contract management, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in managing in-life service-based contracts. You should also have experience working with public sector customer-facing contracts and be able to obtain security clearance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in contract management of in-life service-based contracts.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Experience with public sector customer-facing contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities and mitigations.
  • A background or understanding of project management would be an advantage.
