Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team at LGC Group. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a crucial role in improving decision-making through advanced analysis and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support annual price review activities to ensure accurate and timely pricing decisions.
  • Deliver and evolve regular pricing reporting, including price/volume and discount performance analysis.
  • Administer the discounting governance process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to senior management, marketing, and commercial functions to inform business decisions.
  • Support new parts pricing and reactions to changing supplier prices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and implement improvements in analysis to enhance business performance.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in pricing and financial analysis to contribute to the Pricing team's success.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment in a related industry.
  • Degree-level qualification or relevant professional certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau, with experience in IFS an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to speak and write in another language an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to other LGC Group sites as required.
