With continued success and business growth, Wincanton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Branston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to provide customers with a high level of service delivery.
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered in line with SLA criteria and are dealt with appropriately and promptly.
- Manage customer incident calls/emails through to completion.
- Chase information from 3rd party networks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure all paperwork is received and delivered as per expected KPI/SLA.
- Demonstrate empathy with customers as required.
- Ensure all procedures are adhered to and report any incidents of non-compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience or NVQ level 3 in Customer Service.
- Motivated and able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written formats.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Team player.
- Well-organised, taking ownership of tasks and being able to work to detail.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Sound IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
