Senior Territory Sales Manager

The Robert Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services, with a strong presence in the automotive technology sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Territory Sales Manager - Automotive Aftermarket.
Job OverviewThis role will involve overseeing dealer/channel management in a specified territory, identifying opportunities for network expansion, and developing business plans to drive sales growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and excellent customer relationship management skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as travel allowances, health insurance, and retirement savings plan. Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the automotive aftermarket sector;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channels partners to increase sales revenue;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
- Collaborate with product managers to launch new products and promotions that meet customer needs;
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance;
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and market trends;
- Travel extensively within the territory to meet customers, visit dealerships, and conduct sales meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the automotive aftermarket industry;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other IT tools;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (up to 50% of the time).
