Underfloor Heating Sales Specialist

Job Overview
WMS Underfloor Heating Limited is a trusted and passionate company delivering underfloor heating systems to new build commercial and residential projects of varying sizes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative solutions for every project, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Produce sales orders from existing and new clients, meeting company Key Performance Indicators (KPI), objectives, and targets.
- Offer sales analysis, weekly reporting, and account planning.
- Maintain the Customer Relation Management system and update/review when necessary.
- Coordinate with operations to provide a clear overview of project requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external departments, such as Estimating, Pre-Contract Support, Finance, and Marketing.
- Familiarize yourself with CRM systems and their role in driving performance.
- Utilize strong numerical and commercial awareness, result-driven focus, and excellent organization, time management, and planning skills.
- Work with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and possess a valid UK Driving Licence.
Benefits
- 23 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays & Christmas Closure.
Working Hours
07:00am to 16:30pm Monday to Friday (Office Based)
Salary
£ competitive salary, plus commission scheme, workplace pension, and vehicle allowance (negotiable, depending on experience).
