Our well-established Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is seeking a motivated Team Manager to lead the M&A due diligence sub-team and contribute to the growth and expansion of the firm's LDC Due Diligence offering.

The successful candidate will manage a team of 8 Paralegals, ensuring a high quality service to the firm's Corporate Practice Group.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supporting (and supplementing) the day-to-day work of the DD team in delivering an exceptional service to the firm's Corporate practice group, including:
    • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to paralegals.
    • Managing workflow and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborating with attorneys and other stakeholders to ensure seamless due diligence processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the team.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and developments in M&A due diligence.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing a team of legal professionals.
  • Extensive knowledge of M&A due diligence procedures and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant legal research tools and databases.
