About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) as a Team Manager for our M&A Due Diligence team. As a key member of our Corporate Legal team, you will be responsible for leading a team of paralegals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our Corporate Practice group.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day work of the DD team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our Corporate practice group.
  • Supervise the majority of the team's DD projects, including managing expectations, tracking progress, and providing timely updates.
  • Assist in the development and expansion of the LDC DD offering by building relationships with the Corporate practice group, identifying further LDC solutions, and assessing opportunities to improve operational processes.
  • Provide general line management responsibility for the team, including allocating assignments, monitoring workload, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training needs.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years' experience working within a Corporate Legal Team or similar setting. You will have a strong understanding of M&A due diligence and be able to manage and work well with people at all levels. You will also have a highly organized approach, be a clear and effective communicator, and be highly professional with a dedication to exceeding expectations.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Proven capability in managing buy-side and sell-side M&A due diligence, including multi-jurisdictional transactions.
  • Qualified solicitor.
