About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brave. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage an existing portfolio of customers and attract new customers to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Drive business growth by identifying sales opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  3. Cross-sell insurance products and services to ensure customers receive a comprehensive and tailored solution.
  4. Collaborate with the Relationship Management Team to develop and implement action plans that turn market potential into new business.
  5. Nurture existing customer relationships to retain business and increase share of wallet.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in general insurance sales, with commercial insurance sales experience a plus.
  2. Full UK Driver's license.
  3. Experience working in a face-to-face customer environment and holding client meetings.
  4. Experience prospecting for new clients and developing customer acquisition plans.
  5. Effective negotiation skills.
