Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and building relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and build relationships.
  • Lead Management: Manage existing warm leads and follow up on prospective client leads.
  • Quote and Order Management: Produce quotes and process sales orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to fine-tune quotes and ensure they are competitive but profitable.
  • CRM Management: Manage the CRM database to track leads and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
