About the Role
The Receptionist role at Elmbank Hotel is a dynamic and customer-focused position that requires a warm and welcoming personality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Process transactions, prepare invoices, and handle payments
- Conduct end-of-shift banking and prepare for the next shift
- Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners to ensure a positive experience
About You
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
