Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk department, providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, and contributing to the overall success of the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Front Desk and retail operations, ensuring that all procedures are followed and goals are met.
  • Monitor membership and retail sales, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Assist in the staffing, training, and performance management of Front Desk employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Implement and support company programs and promotions to drive new sales leads and membership growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the check-in process, ensuring that all members and guests are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, responding to calls and messages in a timely and efficient way.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring that the club is presented in a positive and welcoming manner.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other team members to achieve club goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
