About the Role

The Elmbank Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, and we require someone who can provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
