Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Team Lead to join our team in Harrow On The Hill. As a senior member of staff, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team of 12 professionals. You will inspire and motivate your team members to achieve their full potential, while also driving business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management or team leadership, with experience in HR and customer service. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and advising staff on various matters. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a generous bonus scheme and opportunities for professional development.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and be able to communicate effectively with staff and clients. You will also need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
