Role Overview:
We are seeking a New Business Acquisition Lead to join our team at New Business People. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase revenue and retention
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial development or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
About the Location:
The role is based in Harrow, Greater London, and we offer a competitive salary package including basic up to £32,000 and OTE £44,000 uncapped.
