European Business Development Specialist

You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive new business growth and expand our presence in the European legal industry.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with our product development team to understand customer needs and feedback, and contribute to the development of new products and features.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and providing insights to inform our sales strategy.
- Proven track record in software sales, preferably in the legal industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally, including attending exhibitions and visiting clients.
- Successful track record in sales, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and negotiation techniques.
