Azets, a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account HR Business Partner.

About the Role

As a key member of our HR team, you will provide day-to-day HR support to ensure compliance with employment policies and legislation. You will work closely with our Senior HR Business Partners to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to enable compliance in all areas of employment policy and legislation
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partners in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and provide advice and guidance to employees at all levels
  • Deliver activities such as succession planning, development planning, and employee relations issues
  • Work closely with wider HR teams, payroll, recruitment, and Learning & Development to mitigate people risks and ensure business targets are met
Requirements

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of managing complex employee relations case resolution and excellent working knowledge of UK employment law. Previous business partnering experience at all levels is essential for this role.
