Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing expert advice across accounting, tax, and advisory services
  • Shape the firm's strategic direction and contribute to its continued growth and success
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to help drive client success
  • Lead, mentor, and support senior staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the team
  • Collaborate with other Partners to set goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive business development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations

Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy practice
  • Qualified by experience also considered
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-value clients and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding senior staff to success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commercial mindset
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and development
