Are you ready to take your career to the next level and become a leader in your specialist field? Azets, a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers, is seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior HR Business Partners and Regional Managing Partners to drive business growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day HR support to ensure compliance with employment policy and legislation
  • Supporting the Senior HR Business Partners in executing the HR roadmap across the business
  • Acting as a point of call for the wider management teams to support the talent agenda within your business unit
  • Delivering activities such as succession-planning, development-planning, and employee relations issues
  • Providing support to Partners and the management team alike

You will work closely with wider HR teams, payroll, recruitment, and Learning & Development to mitigate people risks and ensure the business meets its targets by retaining and engaging our people.
