About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide day-to-day HR support to ensure compliance with employment policy and legislation. You will work closely with our Senior HR Business Partners to become an influencer for our Regional Managing Partners, driving effective execution of the HR roadmap across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to enable compliance in all areas of employment policy and legislation.
  • Support the Senior HR Business Partners in becoming an influencer for Regional Managing Partners.
  • Act as a point of call to the wider management teams to support the talent agenda within your business unit.
  • Deliver activities such as succession-planning, development-planning, and employee relations issues.
  • Act as a 'go-to' point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Provide support to Partners and the management team alike.
  • Work closely with wider HR teams, payroll, recruitment, and Learning & Development to mitigate people risks and ensure the business meets its targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing complex employee relations case resolution.
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Previous business partnering exposure at all levels.
