">Salary: £26,209 - £27,926 per annum, pro rata
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Work-Based Skills Adviser to work with employers in supporting, training, and preparing learners and apprentices for successful employment within the Health and Social Care sector. This role involves being a confident communicator, having a high standard of current occupational knowledge, and enthusiasm for developing people to reach their potential and progress in their careers.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum Level 3 in an appropriate technical/vocational/professional qualification. If you do not hold a Level 3 Vocational Assessors Award, you will be supported to achieve this. You will also have the opportunity to undertake a teaching qualification. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employers and learners are essential.
